STK LEGAL is primarily a firm engaged in conducting litigation across the country and is primarily focussed in handling cases before the Supreme Court of India. That apart, our advocates handle litigation in all courts, Tribunals and Commissions across India. We deal in matters pertaining to Civil, Criminal Taxation, Arbitration, Banking and Insurance Laws consumer protection, company laws, motor vehicle accidents, service jurisprudence, Intellectual Property disputes, public interest litigations, matrimonial litigations.
STK LEGAL was founded in 2014 and with its partners spreading across India has its offices in Delhi and Bangalore. That apart there are tie-ups with several law offices and independent lawyers across India signifying a Pan India approach . We are also dealing and handling cases and are involved in legal work abroad elevating us from local to global. We take pride in our ability to assess client’s legal needs by appreciating and understanding the pressures of the modern day legal environment. Sarita Kanwar
Advocate Sarita Thakur Kanwar is a commercial lawyer with a unique blend of expertise in Criminal Law. She is a strategic litigator having a proven track record of successfully representing and advising clients at various levels.
She regularly appears in the Supreme Court of India and before various High Courts in India. She also appears before several state and national tribunals and commissions and handles cases in the District Courts of Delhi and NCR with élan.

He has cleared the prestigious Advocate on Record conducted by the Supreme Court of India in his very first attempt and is skilled in handling all kinds of Civil, Commercial, Criminal and Constitutional cases before the Supreme Court of India. His main area of practice is before the Supreme Court of India and also appears and argues cases before various High Courts in India.
