ABOUT STK LEGAL
STK LEGAL is primarily a firm engaged in conducting litigation across the country and is primarily focussed in handling cases before the Supreme Court of India. That apart, our advocates handle litigation in all courts, Tribunals and Commissions across India. We deal in matters pertaining to Civil, Criminal Taxation, Arbitration, Banking and Insurance Laws consumer protection, company laws, motor vehicle accidents, service jurisprudence, Intellectual Property disputes, public interest litigations, matrimonial litigations.
STK LEGAL was initially conceptualised way back in 2014 and with its partners spreading across India has its offices in Delhi and Bangalore. That apart there are tie-ups with several law offices and independent lawyers across India signifying a Pan India approach . We are also dealing and handling cases and are involved in legal work abroad elevating us from local to global. We take pride in our ability to assess client’s legal needs by appreciating and understanding the pressures of the modern day legal environment. We work with clients to provide a cost effective and affordable service and approach with deep rooted professionalism, individual endeavour and responsibility and adhere to our motto for striving for justice.

The belief I hold close to my heart is that nothing is impossible, and one’s accomplishments are limited only by self-imposed shackles. Therefore, what Nelson Mandela once said deeply resonates with me:
“It always seems impossible until it’s done”.
The Firm was established in 2014, a time when, in India, the practice of corporate law as we know today was still nascent and the conventional practice of law was largely confined to the corridors of Indian courts. Impelled by the potency of India’s watershed moment of economic reforms and the opportunities unleashed, I established the Firm with a vision to bridge the gap between the availability of efficient and quality-driven legal services and the demands of emerging India’s international clientele.
Today, we are proud that STK LEGAL is the first port of call for more than 65 of the Global Fortune 300 Corporations and behemoths of the Indian industry. With a bench strength of over 100 lawyers, including 20 partners, in ten (10) offices within India and overseas, I believe that STK Legal is well positioned to meet both the growing challenges and demands of doing business in India, in keeping with international standards.

K.V. Muthu Kumar is an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India with an experience of more than 15 years. He has cleared the prestigious Advocate on Record conducted by the Supreme Court of India in his very first attempt and is skilled in handling all kinds of Civil, Commercial, Criminal and Constitutional cases before the Supreme Court of India. His main area of practice is before the Supreme Court of India and also appears and argues cases before various High Courts in India.
He also appears before several state and national tribunals, fora and commissions and is also able to offer advice on the law, legal procedures and a wide range of associated issues. He demonstrates professionalism in all his dealings with clients and has an extensive knowledge of legal practice.
